Chocolates are the second most common cause of migraine after alcohol. It releases caffeine and beta-phenylethylamine which triggers a headache. Of course, it should be noted that not everyone suffers migraine after eating chocolate, but it is one of the reasons.

  1. Artificial sweeteners

The artificial sweeteners are used in processed food as a substitute for sugar. However, these sweeteners can cause a headache leading to migraine.
