Home Remedies to Control Hair Fall

Hair loss is one of the most common problems one faces. Another thing that is common is our lack of knowledge about the simple home remedies as hair loss solutions. Hair loss is common in both men and women. While genes are a significant contributor to hair loss problems, a lot of other factors also can cause hair loss. Let us peek one by one into the below home remedies to control hair loss.

Coconut Milk: A cup of coconut milk can be a fantastic hair loss solution. What you need to do is apply coconut milk to your scalp with the use of a hair dye brush and then cover your head with a towel for 20 minutes. Post that, remove the towel and wash your hair with cold water. You can follow it up with shampoo.

Aloe Vera: You need a leaf of the aloe vera plant for this traditional method for hair growth. First of all, wash your hair and then extract the pulp from the stalk and rub it into your hair. Massage your scalp with the paste in circular motions. Leave it for 15 minutes before rinsing it with cold water.

Neem: You need 10 to 12 dry neem leaves and a vessel containing water for this remedy. You need to boil the neem leaves in water until the water reduces to half its initial volume. Cool the mixture and then rinse your hair with the same.

Amla: You need four to five Indian gooseberries and one cup coconut oil for this remedy. Boil the dried Amla in coconut oil until the oil turns black. Cool it down and then massage your scalp with the solution prepared. Leave it for 20 minutes on your scalp before shampooing.

Methi (Fenugreek): You need two tablespoons of fenugreek seeds, four tablespoons of yoghurt, and one egg for this method to work. Soak two tablespoons of fenugreek seeds overnight in water. Convert it into a paste in the morning and blend the mixture with a little water to add consistency. Then add four tablespoons of curd and one egg white to the solution. Apply the mixture to your hair and scalp. Leave it for half an hour and then wash off with water.

Beetroot: You need a few beetroot leaves and one tablespoon of henna for the Beetroot remedy. Boil the beetroot leaves in water until the water reduces to half its initial quantity. Then, grind the leaves and add henna to the mixture. Make a paste and apply the same to your scalp. Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse your head with water.

These are only some of the hair loss solutions that can be made at home. The homemade hair loss solutions work well when done consistently over a period.
